OUR CHEESES

These are the cheeses known by almost everyone. The most popular cheese in the UK and Ireland is Cheddar and accounts for 55% of all cheese consumed each year. Other UK hard cheeses (known as British Territorials) include, Red Leicester, Cheshire, Wensleydale and Lancashire. Outside of the UK, hard cheeses include Comté, Gruyere and Gouda.
